DEEP CLEANING PROCESS
How do we work? — step by step
We disassemble, soak, high-pressure wash, disinfect, and reassemble.
Preparation
We arrive with shoe covers, cover furniture and the wall beneath the AC. We lay foil on the floor — as if we were never there.
Disassembly
We remove housing panels, filters, air deflectors. We wrap the indoor unit in a wash bag so water doesn't drip on the wall.
Cleaning agent application
We spray professional AC cleaning solution onto the heat exchanger, blower wheel, and drip tray. We let it soak for 10–15 minutes — this breaks down grease, mould, and bacteria.
High-pressure washing
After soaking, we flush out the dissolved dirt from the heat exchanger fins and blower wheel with high-pressure water. This removes deeply embedded mould and deposits.
Reassembly and testing
We reassemble all parts, turn on the AC and check cooling/heating performance and temperature difference.
Outdoor unit
If accessible, we also wash the outdoor unit: fin cleaning, dust and leaf removal, condenser check. (Included in the price.)
